A hotelliportieeri is a person who works as a concierge in a hotel and who has at least 5 years of work experience as a concierge. Customer service is for us not only a job, but a way of life and a matter of honor. A hotelliportieeri never says no, we will strive to fulfill all customer needs and wishes, as long as it is legally and morally possible, while respecting and appreciating our customers. Our members keep in touch and create a network with which we are all able to provide higher quality service, not only in Helsinki but also in other countries. The hotelliportieeri is open, friendly and sociable. We are almost like a second family to each other and new members are always warmly welcome.

How to join

To join the Suomen Hotelliportieeriyhdistys you must have at least 2 years of work experience as a hotel concierge (for a novice member) or 5 years (full member) and work at the time as a concierge. You must fill in the form and get two current full members to sign it endorsing you. The form must be sent to hallitus@suomenhotelliportieerit.org and the board will then go through your application and make a decision.
